Belle Mare Plage on the East coast of the island has two 18-hole championship courses. The main dish is "Legends", which was designed by Hugh Baiocchi and opened back in 1994 and the suspensions Mauritius open each December. "Links" was designed by Rodney Wright and Peter Allis and opened in late 2002.
