Florida has long been a refuge for the months of winter and with good reason; Sun, beaches, Palm trees and oh yea... The golf course. It seems that you cannot lead more than a few miles without finding golf course in Florida. The trick is to find golf course quality at affordable prices. The Villa of the CPA in Port St. Lucie provides both.
Located right on I-95, find the Villa PGA, an impressive collection of golf courses, practice, Museum of the PGA and restaurant facilities. Once you enter the area that literally does not need leave until their stay is long.
Adaptations are abundant in the private house, villa or condo rentals as well as hotel and timeshare reserves. Depending on where you stay, you may receive discounts of up to 25% off green fees. This was the case in my last stay in Sheraton PGA.
Warned, however, if you choose to stay at Sheraton PGA, make sure that your drive as a lanai (mine did not and became fast real claustrophobia). Apart from that, the stay was pleasant; Although there is no room or facilities in dining rooms, you are in the tavern of Sam Sneed until the block at the Hilton Garden Inn, a nice size, BB-Q areas and all pool.
The atmosphere is warm and elegant; food was reasonable price and excellent in the variety and quality. There is a huge amount of memories of Mr. Sneed bound in all show the restaurant, including its 82 gold medallions handed to each of his PGA Tour victories. It is very impressive to see these medallions in one place and read the dates and venues for tournaments. If you are a lover of golf, history or simply greatness its success really hits home.
Now for the really special part of the PGA Village in Port St. Lucie, the GOLF. There are three courses, the Wanamaker and Ryder (both Tom Fazio designs) and Pete Dye designed course of Dye. Everything works out of the House of a club and share a range of common practice. Uniquely, however, each course has its own practice Green created by the first tee box give you correctly sense of Greens on the course to play.
Each course offers its own sense; Nothing repetitive in a different way to ongoing meticulous condition of courses from tee to green. Of depending on who you talk to, there are different opinions on which one is more difficult and which one is more fun to play. A steady diet of the three will improve your game, as all three have a full test of golf. I would recommend, however, not begin the first day in the course of Dye; as this is the visually more difficult of the three.
Seasons determined green fees and rates were scheduled to go up a few days after my departure, which was October 3. It is best to call ahead and find out the green fees at the time that is planning your holidays golf course that has been said, I paid $83.00 for three rounds of golf. The pricing was fantastic and as I mentioned a 25% discount of the Sheraton PGA was very generous.

I hope your golf destinations to exceed their expectations.
